Hide And Seek of course!

I liked hopscotch, hide and seek, softball, and kick the can (anyone familiar with this last one?)

I used to "kick the can" and I'm pretty sure that "kicking the bucket" will be next. lol

I've heard of kick-the-can. I don't remember having played it when I was a kid.

Lots of kids....lots of fun! All finished when the street lights came on.

I don't think many of the games I played when I was a child exist today.   If I had a grandchild/grandchildren, We would play:

 I had also included Battleship and three outdoors games which were Hopscotch, Simon Says, and Red Light Green Light.  They didn't post because of picture overload.  LOL

Operation game was very popular in the 70's when I used to play it with my aunts and uncles. I used to play it with my son in the late 1990's. The game can be a bit intense if unsteady hands set off the buzzer, but I remember a lot of laughing.

hop scotch, bike riding, playing in snow (St. Louis, MO), skating, hide and go seek. I loved all kinds of play.  Climbing up mountains. swings and sliding. I played all the time with sibling and neighbors.  I had so much fun and still do.  I think it's because of my mom. She was very nice and fun.  And still is.

Did your parents ever buy you anything mcm? You always sound as though your childhood consisted of sitting in a corner all alone, no nice toys, no nice clothes, no attention, no friends, and besides all that "they liked my brother best". Really?
