What would you do with fifteen limes?

The new mexican market down the street advertized yoou could buy 15 limes for a dollar. I couldn’t pass that up. Fifteen, made lime bars. They’d make for good margaritas and garnish but I don’t drink them anymore. What will you do upon inheriting 15 limes?

Slice them up and freeze them. Take a couple out of the freezer and plop them in my tea. The limes add flavour and they help to make my tea colder. ( I do this with lemons because they have a little more health benefits than limes, but I prefer the taste of limes more than lemons)

A homemade lime dressing would be good. A buy a lime, cilantro, chilli pepper dressing from the supermarket, but homemade dressings are so much tastier.

A cream dressing or vinaigrette style dressing can be made. Whichever your taste buds prefer.

He doesn't abhor it as much as thinks and it's been proven because I slip it into many of my foods and he does not notice 99 % of the time. By introducing it to him a little at a time, his taste buds are learning to like it. :))

By the way, I love cilantro, so I will not be without it just because someone else does not like something that I make. Take it or leave it!
