Make an appointment with a doctor to have a pregnancy test. This is the most accurate way to find out if you are pregnant.
The second most accurate way to find out if you're pregnant is to perform a home pregnancy test. You can purchase this test over the counter at a pharmacy or almost any large supermarket. If you take this test, but you are not very far along, then there may be a negative result.
There are some symptoms that most women share when they are pregnant, but these symptoms are not always the same and these symptoms do not always mean you're pregnant. Some early signs of pregnancy are swollen-tender breasts, frequent urination, food cravings, lite headedness, dizziness, odd smelling discharge, becoming sensitive to smells and taste that have never bothered you. And the list continues so please read here>>https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/pregnancy-and-baby/signs-and-symptoms-pregnancy/
Do not make a self-diagnosis by only reading the symptoms of possible pregnancy. See a doctor ASAP.
Good Luck to you.

I realized I was pregnant with my second child when my then 3 year old walked up to me, placed her hand upon my belly and proclaimed, " Mommy you have my baby sister right here in your belly!"
I kid you not.
Next stop ... drug store for a prego-test and yeh ... the rest is history!
How does a 3 year old know such things? I am still amazed by that interaction.
