I will throw my hat in the ring for 180 klms,,cause it only gets 9 klm per litre,depending on the car,is not to bad,i assume it is a big 4 cylinder..and i assume you are driving around town>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

I did not need to know algerba to solve it,and there is more than one answer,whole heap of variables..and i flunked grade 9 CB.:):):):)..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

I believe you have misinterpreted the reason for my comment.

My point is that any time a question written in this manner pops up it's a textbook question for someone's school work instead of some curious person out there seeking information for his/her vehicle. The last bit of your answer says "I assume you are driving around town". This is why I commented to you to let you know it's for homework.
I did not show you the link because you did not provide a formula for your answer nor because your answer was incorrect. I provided the link so you could see that's it's a question used for teaching Algebra.
