Purses. Odd, I know, but think about it. A purse made from homegrown material, processed at home, woven by hand with a really nice button to close it, would sell for a lot of money, a fortune! Of course it would have to look like it......
jhharian purses are a great creative endeavor. My sister use to make purses and sell them for 150, if I remember correctly. Now she makes quilts and finishes quilts for people in her city. It use to be a dream for her. she got the big long arm machine. now she quilts for people almost all day, every day. she is now a master. I take people to her house to see her quilts. she has won several state quilt show 1st place ribbons. her quilts are astonishing perfect and very high quality. her purses were too. so jhharian carry on. That's a fabulous goal. people love purses and for sure when people know you made them. plus nowadays they can be sold on several websites. Marketing is the real test. My sister sold her purses to people she knew.
