Have read and just had a friend tell me that she absolutely DOES see many benefits to it and she's glad that she bought one. She plans to buy two more. (Prices = $10.00; $20.00; $40.00.) Pretty cheap if it gives me a whole new life! LOL!!!
Believe me, I've never had THAT problem. I can just eat some gluten or dairy and be 'cured'. lol
Don't drink it by the glassful MCM, just a teaspoonful mixed with a little warm water, definitely gets rid of constipation, it was my Grandmothers' remedy.

Austin, TX has a salt cave one can take a chair in and sit while your muscles relax (makes sense, people bathe in Epsom salt for soreness) and clear your sinuses (again, more sense, doctors often prescribe saline rinses for stuffed up noses). So, buy a pretty salt lamp. They’re easy to keep clean. Take a bite of food and then lick the lamp....
Yeah, we buy saline solution ( salt solution ) to irrigate our nose with and to clean contact lenses with . Makes sense, Jh.

I read up a bit on it,it appears to me the only thing it does is suck the moisture out of the air,maybe good on high humidity days,as for the rest i can only say,some people have been made to feel better by a placebo,,but hey,there are a lot of things out there that some people swear by,and just as many people who will say it does nothing,,bottom line,if you think it works for you,and you feel good about it,then go for it..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
