Do you mean your baby is having a bad reaction to the nappies like a  rash, blisters or bleeding?

Please make an appointment with the paediatrician or take the baby to A&E  ASAP.

Yes, by all means, return the unused nappies to the store and ask for a refund.

I don't think they will take back the baby.

We must think alike, I was going to ask, what the baby or the nappies.

    LOL!!

My baby had a BAD allergic reaction to his disposable diapers. The gel they used broke him out in a painful rash. He'd already used a few and quite frankly it never occurred to me to take them back. I never save receipts.....

....yes, if the store's return policy allows
