Maybe you can make a "coonskin cap", and use the skunk for guests who've overstayed their welcome.

I suggest moth balls around as those animals don't like the smell! We leave skunks alone but racoons meet a sad end here! And Bob is right! Mama Racoons are MEAN!

Haven't seen mom for weeks. The skunk is young and new, oh! I've got to make the cats come in!

That's why I told MCM to trap the skunk herself. I'm sorry for all the kitties you must have found. I'd take 'em but I have three, the youngest is 8mos. Give her a year....
