          I brought back some extra kgs since my holiday,and i have not quite got back into my exercise,but i am hoping to change that by the end of the week,simply a matter of getting the mental attitude right..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..This is pretty much my baby..Image result for excise on recliner bike photos
