    Dang computer.... Anyhow, what can you count on for perfection? I made a killer pot of black eyed peas last night and we can't stop eating them!

          (Since you mentioned Black-eyed peas/beans)  


           I have never made a bad pot of pinto beans.  I made a pot of Borracho beans last week to have with our ribs and potato salad.  This was another first for Roy and he loved them.

              sauteed vegetables and seafood (scallops, crab, shrimp, clams) over thin, buttered noodles. Saute  includes butter, garlic, wine.

                :-P . I like seafood in a garlic butter sauce . I can hardly keep the saliva swallowed thinking about it.

                Same here. On the cruise, the escargot were drenched in garlic butter. Soooooo good
