Yes, a daily walk which makes me feel better. For the past several weeks though, we've had rain, rain, and more rain, along with several thunder storms. This has cut into my 'regular exercise'. It's so much easier to watch this kind of weather from inside, rather than be out there walking in it. :)

yes, stretches for sure, walk 20 to 30 min. most days, play music and dance 20 to 30 min if i don't walk. some days do all. it's a good show on tv called classical stretch. even to look at it and get some ideas. the lady that teaches it is great and fabulous. good for men and women. she is on internet too, name is Miranda, blond hair.
