Maryland is not a "stop and identify" state. Unless the police have reasonable suspicion you have or are about to commit a crime there is no law that you have to produce identification. But let's blame Trump anyway...... Oh, wait.... this happened on December 21st..... sorry, my bad!

I am not a cop lover Lindi,but i see nothing wrong with the questions the cop asked the lady,the fact the lady answered suspiciously would have put the cop on the defence..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
No doubt about that man. She should really carry ID even just for a walk and the coppers need some sort of protocol in unique situations. ;)
