Person centered values suggest a focus on others. Mutual consideration of colleagues will improve relationships - a "do unto others" ideal.
When all are encouraged to participate, everyone feels valuable, validated, part of the team. This could backfire, though, if anyone is ignored or criticized vindictively
Promoting choice gives everyone a democratic opportunity to make decisions. "Rights" is tricky, as some may try to use race, sex, a disability, or something they think sets them apart.
