Yes I remember that day, I was sixteen, I believe it was a Friday.  I went to my sisters for tea after work,that was when we heard about it.

I don't remember hearing the news but rather my reaction, I cried like it was me that got shot. And cried and cried. I was six so one has to wonder how such a man could influence a child so. I could go on but that's another thread....

Yes, and where I was, 6th grade, recess for our little country school. We saw all the teachers  running to the 5th grade classroom, where the TV was.

Yes I remember very well, I missed school that day to help my parents with the tobacco crop when we heard it come over the news that JFK had been killed, what a very sad day, I was nine years old at the time.
