Ducted Air Conditioning to all living and bedrooms and combustion wood heater for winter, i would prefer a gas heater, less work to do.   :)

Very old but reliable natural gas fired boiler for hot water baseboard heat. Window air conditioners for our three weeks of summer.

Our house is all electric with water well pump.  A 5 ton unit and three ton unit. The 3 ton is new too. Electric bill in july was 220.00. A lot cheaper electric bill since got the new 3 ton unit.  We are on an electric co op . Nice to get back money every year now from the electric company.
