      Probably not much anymore, I don't add Suger to anything if a recipe calls for Suger I try to sub with honey, maple syrup, agave nectar,

        I like sugar in my tea, but I usually drink it without sugar.  Roy and I drink concentrated squash/juice, but it has no added sugar. We don't eat many sweets either so I think our sugar consumption  is okay.

                I don't have consumption & I love sugar.What's life without sugar? C'mon! 2 Big spoonfulls on my porridge.full strength Coca-Cola The whole shootin' match for me.I do like gluten free ice cream tho.

                  I was pretty much the same as you Tom,,then one day the doc says 'guess what you are now type 2 diabetic',so now it is pills and exercise,,however it is under control for now,,and like you that damn ice cream gets me all the time..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
