            I tried that stuff and Glucosamine, but it did nothing for me,but then maybe i was too far gone as i ended up with hip and knee replacements,,and i believe people should take that stuff long before they need surgery,i think then it could help..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<..

                One of my faves, a few sessions with them in 72, their first hit Virginia Plain, it was actually me hitting the skins, got £200, well pleased at that time, I was only 16, that's another song though.

                Joined the Royal Navy shortly after all that, not a lot of opportunities to flourish in there, CB knows all about my "fame", sadly the £200 is/was well spent. Buddy Rich could drum with his eyes closed, no problem, still preferred Jon Bonham and Cozy Powell though.

                I remember Buddy Rich too. He was very funny and often on the Johnny Carson show. I think I remember that the two of them had a big argument one night and he was never invited back. Typically Carson style.....don't argue with "The Big Guy".
