I sure do. I cook my homemade spaghetti sauce and sauteed mushrooms in wine and anything else that I think will benefit from a little bit of wine. I also use beer.

Me as well. I am allergic to the gluten but it does make batters better.
I have been slowly but surely going through Julia Child's cookbook... she loved to cook with alcohol. Two days ago I caught one of her programs and by today's cooking standards, she looks like a hack.
I can tell you, her recipes taste amazing.

@Fish....I'm confused. You "go by instinct"? So, you can eat food that contains beer/gluten? That would make me very ill.
