    How to recover the login password of Windows 7 computer?

    I just forgot the sign in password of my old computer which runs Windows 7. The computer is main used for backup purpose so there are  a lot of important files on it. I need to access the computer now to finish my current project. What is the quickest method to recover or reset the password without losing any data?
