"Mostly your Answers and Comments do not get pen out." The ones that I decide are inappropriate DO get deleted along with any inappropriate comments from other members. However, if you (again) start complaining about the way I moderate, you and I will (again) have a problem, regardless of how "funny" some members, who never see your deleted comments, think you are. INTENTIONAL ANNOYING and REGULAR COMPLAINING is NOT funny to a moderator!!! Now once again, please stop hector.

Ducky, i think you are doing a good job as Moderator, the trouble is we don't see what you delete as being not to Aka's standards, being subjective it may be not as bad as you think.then again it is, it is like when i was suspended by a subjective view, no one had the chance to view it for themselves, again Ducky your view on subjects changed dramatically when you know who left, keep up the brilliant job, Ducky. :)

Exactly. Don't feel so bad. That's what usually happens to management executives when they climb the corporate ladder. Fortunately, bulletman and digger are here to watch your back. Keep up the good work !

There is no loop, just the norm for hector. He's fine and fun for a while, then he starts posting inappropriate remarks (again), then I delete the remarks (again), then he gets snarky with me (again), then he goes away for a while (again), then some members join in the fun and defend him because he's "so cute and funny" (again). Then there is this moderator that is pretty much fed up with the nonsense lately from a "few". It might just be time, after four years plus of moderating, for someone else to take over. Any suggestions? I know, maybe some of the defenders could step up and spend THEIR time chasing these "cute & loveable" people around the forum?
