      It's "dessert"; 2 esses. An easy way to remember this, is "that it's so good, you ask for seconds." That's how I remember! Now, "GO BI" yourself some ice cream!  (To answer your question, virtually every day, I have Greek yogurt.)<!--StartFragment-->""<!--EndFragment-->
