    Contact them again, in writing, supplying copies of supporting documents. Let them know your next step will be legal action. A lawyer can help depending on the amount of your loss vs attorney cost. In the meantime, contact Better Business Bureau with a bad review for them. See what other watchdog groups are around. If you're a senior citizen, AARP may also be able to help you.


    I'm presuming you are at your wit's end with failure to deliver.
