I cook mine with cinnamon, ground flax seed, handful of walnuts, and blueberries. Then a scoop of protein powder. Not using coconut oil anymore.

I heard something about that too, but I thought coconut oil was supposed to reduce cholesterol, reports can be confusing, I wish I knew what to believe.
