      Just cover it with dirt and water regularly.  Forget this n nonsense about sprouting it in a glass of water. Nature doesn't do this. ....

          You could stick a seed in the ground and wait for it to grow,it could take awhile,,best way is go down to the nursery and buy a grafted Avacado,,you will get your produce much sooner..>>>>>>><<<<<<<..""
