Is worm dirt really a good fertilizer? I mean, from your own experience....

How about the "worm tea "? It stinks like it's good for something. Can either burn the roots?

The purpose behind creating worm tea is to speed up the growth rate of microbes such as bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and nematodes, and to multiply their numbers exponentially. One reason for applying the tea to your plants is that it is absorbed more rapidly by the plant than castings, which are released over time

Never heard of it, but gardeners are always bigging up the worms in their gardens saying that they are great for cultivation, they are also popular with farmers, they break up clay soil.

You have a lower container with no holes except for the spout. You drain the juice (castings), mix it with water and sweetener and let it sit and brew. 'Sposed to darn good for plants. Stinks like a stockyard.....

Yep, looked it up, seems to be good for plants.

    ....no experience

    ....would it be expensive ?

Worms are of no cost except for the housing and are willing to dig up dirt. They eat your veggie scraps, poop with the addition of food liquid, is drained and made into worm tea. See what I wrote to Romos.

"Worm dirt" is slang for chewing tobacco. Tobacco leaves and nicotine can sometimes be used as a pesticide, but chewing tobacco has other ingredients that are not good for plants.

Never heard of it,but worms are always good for the ground,,they airinate the ground and break up the clay..and the worm poo fertilizers the ground..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<.""
