Is there a product or service you buy that you would recommend ?

I buy vitamins from Vitacost. Astaxanthan, spirulina, probiotics, and other supplements. I buy an elderberry concentrate from Wyldewood Cellars in Peck, Kansas.They also sell wine from their vineyard. Its just good for you. I have State Farm auto and house insurance. They are the cheapest for the coverage we want. The dog food I buy is Chicken Soup for the Soul brand. They seem to do much better with it.

I've never heard of Chicken Soup for the Soul brand dog food....I'll be looking for it around here.

Your old laptop needing replacing? Consider a Chromebook. It's much faster, half the price, does not need virus protection, has a much longer battery life, is lighter, does not have the over-heating problem many laptops have, and will do most of the things a laptop does.

The ice cream here is divine. The cheap stuff is as good as Blue Bell and it only gets better. I would send you a tub, but you would have to drink it. LOL

Bel Vita breakfast "cookies" are pretty tasty and a good-sized portion. I like the cranberry/orange and brown sugar/cinnamon flavors. The four "cookies" are nice with hot or cold beverage (I usually have a vanilla cappuccino). They have a lot of protein and really do keep me going for the whole morning.
