One would automatically question the quality of the 5 carat if it were the same price as the 2 carat.  In that case, I wouldn't trust the jeweler and would go buy some cubic zirconia at Kohl's.

Two diamonds, equal in price, one has 5 carats, a detectable flaw, and the other is a perfect two carat jewel? Hmmmm. Very clever, the way you describe yourself and Phyllis. I don't see it exactly this way, however. Both are priceless and flawless. The weight? They say you should never ask a woman what her weight is...or is it her age? Sorry, I can't pick one. I'll take both!
