When I wake up in the morning I run a hot oatmeal bath to keep my cholesterol down while I drink my first cup of coffee.

I take a shower mid afternoon to freshen up and give me a little boost.

Before I go to bed, I soak in a tubful of Kava Kava, Valerian, Lemon Balm and Frosty Jack for 45 minutes.

Get up, have my Vegemite on toast and a cup of coffee, take a shower, get dressed then have another coffee, except on a hot day outside i will have another shower before tea (dinner).

Around 5.45 to 6.00 pm,,straight after i do 20 to 30 klms on a exercise bike,,takes about 45 to 60 minutes to achieve this,,then hot shower..then 3 minutes under cold shower,,,then sit down and talk to you guys..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

All about the calories,,i burn about 400 calories 4 nights a week and 450 calories 1 night a week,,then i have 2 nights off,,but i gotta lay off that ice cream JH..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
