Trowel, axe, pliers, lopper, hammer, sander, drill, wrench etc.

What tool do you think is the best tool invented and why do you like it?

I have only used the most basic tools. I think I'm partial to the hammer because it seems to have so many uses besides hammering a picture on the wall or two pieces of wood together. My hammer has been used to smash little critters hiding in my bathroom, to crack shells on pecans and walnuts, to make panko bread crumbs and a hammer has made me feel somewhat safe when I am alone and feeling vulnerable.

Leatherman supertool 300.. It's been on my side for close to 25 years. Snaped the end of the pliers a couple years ago and leatherman sent me a new one.no charge.

I had to look up the Leatherman supertool and I must say, it is one super duper looking tool. We should all possess a supertool.

I will go with axe,,an axe will do the job of most of those tools,an axe can do the job of a trowel,lopper,hammer, sander..in a rough way..
