Very high blood pressure can cause symptoms such as headache, nausea and vomiting, mental confusion, vision changes, chest pain, or shortness of breath. If you notice any of these symptoms along with a blood pressure above 185/110, your high blood pressure is considered a hypertensive emergency; call for immediate attention if you're not dead already.

"If you're not dead already"?? LOLOL!!!
One little pill can relax the blood vessels within an hour. That's high and not normal. You will start to forget things and not comprehend actions. Can be many different reasons. Anyway, go to doctor. Don't be surprised if end up in hospital. Irbesartan drug can fix you up quickly, if doctor prescribes something like that. Don't sweat it, just go get it checked out.
