I'm not a real talkative person but I did take public speaking when I was younger..Didn't much care for it.

I was terrified to give a speech, from 40 onwards however it came easy, all you have to have and somehow it came to me is 'Confidence'.

Yes to both questions JH, i do not mix all that well,,if i end up in a group of more than 3 people i tend to back away,,many years ago i was asked to give a talk to a salvation army group,on how i became an alcoholic, what changed me and what life is like now as a sober person,,,scared the daylights out of me,i was glad when it was over,,i guess thats why i like talking to AKA members,bit of a safety switch for me..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<..
