My definite favorite is apricot chiffon pie! When I was young my bf mother made these pies! I have never found a recipe to match hers! So my next favorite is dutch apple!

Clonge, Kangaroo steak is delicious, also good for you, no cholesterol, no fat, there are more kangaroos now than when the white man first landed in Australia approx. 50 million, it is better to utilise them than just culling them, at least they are not edangered like the American Bison's were, i notice there was a photo of Adelaide's Pie Floater, it does'nt look the best, personally i have never had one, i did not like the look of it, you can see why. :)

Never just loved pie, too much crust. Now days I just make the filling and grab a spoon…. Speaking of pies, today I visited David in the nursing home and he was eating lunch with chess pie for desert with a top crust? and an eight inch of chess. He was also given cole slaw that was nothing but sour kraut. I’ll buy him an Edward’s key lime pie when he comes home!

I lived in Florida for a year and didn't try a local Key Lime Pie. I know David will be happy to come home and enjoy having some great homemade food to eat.
