    Time on my fitbit is wrong. It is not a matter of the Time Zone. The minutes are off.

    It does not appear to address this issue. It only talks about Time Zones, not about the minutes being totally off.

    You're right. I thought I saw an answer that would help, but, looking again, there really isn't anything addressing your problem. This is the website that will give you different ways to contact fitbit
