Today is National Cheese Lovers Day (January 20, 2016) What is your favorite type of cheese?

    I don't think I've tried a cheese I haven't liked.

We bought a cheese board for New Years with Brie, very good.

I agree, I like all the cheeses I have come across. I can remember probably 40 some years ago dad use to like limburger cheese, I was very young and couldn't get past the smell. I tried it a year or two ago,,, hold your breath when you take a bite Its really good. couldn't find it locally, a gal at work went back to visit her folks in Wisconsin and she brought some back for me.

I'm so glad you mentioned Limburger. I tried a sample of Limburger a few years ago and couldn't remember the name. You are correct, it is stinky. I think it must be made inside old sweaty sneakers. LOL

I guess it just ain't MY day. Cheese does NOT like me.LOL

When is flatulance day? Maybe I can enjoy some cheese then.LOL.

Knowing where every public toilet is located, was never on my 'bucket' (no pun intended) list. lol

Same for me as Tommy. All dairy is out for me. Soy cheese is now my favorite. Depending on the brand, it's not bad. It isn't cheddar but it's not bad.         lol

Try it CB, it's absolutely bloody gorgeous.

Depends : I love Swiss when it comes to onion soup,  cheddar when it's nachos,  sharp cheddar on my burgers and I enjoyed stilton until I found out how it's made. ......

Yummy! We were talking about making Nachos today but decided to wait until we do our big shop because the little market around the corner doesn't always have avocados in stock and they were out today.

Ted likes it too. By the way, both of you are a little cheesy! :))

Fresh cheese curds are a luxury, and I can't find them anywhere around here.
