My son is taking me to get one. I don't expect to need it, but I expect to be prepared. Being as single as I am, it makes sense. Going for concealed carry permit, too.

Yes I do... We have a few hand guns, and long arms also. everything from a civil war era pistol, My grandfathers single shot rifle and shotgun to...... Yes the modern dreaded assault weapon AR.. I personally feel that label is very liberal oriented... You pull the trigger one time it fires once you pull and hold the trigger it still fires only one round at a time. you paint the d*** thing brown its a hunting rifle, paint it black and it magically turns into an assault weapon. After reading several of the questions and answers on here I'm sure theirs quite a lot of you that have a full head of steam and are ready to start bitchen and putting labels on me too. My reasons range from personal protection to personal enjoyment. I'm guessing there are some on here that play golf?? I detest chasing a little white ball around for half a day. Put that little white ball on a pedestal at 100 yards/meters and a rifle and I can have fun all day, Hopefully I would need a lot of them but you never know. I was trained down at FT Benning some 35 years ago and am still proficient it these types of weapons, along with my wife.. I do have a gun safe that tips the scales at 1000lbs empty and smaller easier accessible safes. To the mindset that Were just gonna get shot, I would rather be firing back than just stand there and do nothing but watch everyone die. If there are people out there that would put there family in a corner and huddle over them that's there choice.. This is mine

Calling JDB is offensive and derogatory. The definition of a redneck is slang and a derogatory term for a poor white person, often who lives in the rural Southern United States and who often has conservative or bigoted attitudes. An example of a redneck is a poor, uneducated white person in the South who engages in prejudiced behavior.
Personally, I don't see why "conservative" has to be considered in a derogatory manner, nor why it is attached to prejudice and bigotry. Aside from that, I don't think JDB qualifies for the definition.

If I had a Royal Oak I would sell it and buy a couple of these. If I were the kind of guy who link usually wore a half-zip sweater or banker's fleece vest and link a Nautilus and then I traded the Nautilus for a Defy Revival A3691 I would look in the mirror gasp and change into a jean jacket. And then I would look better in every link way.
