Over the river and through the woods....I'd never heard that until AFTER I got the book for my elementary-school aged kids. It's not one of the Top 10, but IS pleasant.
As for the rain, the moistness of the atmosphere will keep your complexion nicer than being in the dry heat, which is a HUGE consolation.

I must say my hair has changed since I've been here. I've always had very long straight hair so I used to curl it on the ends. Now my hair is very wavy and curls up on the ends. I suppose it has something to do with the weather.

"Please Come Home For Christmas" i like it because my father played it over and over and over every Christmas holiday. Ironically he was in the hospital before Christmas and could not go home, but told me maybe I can go home for Christmas. He did not get to go home for Christmas. Died 3 months later.
