@jh...FYI...I did contact the same person that I've been dealing with, the one who was quickly responding to me and actually getting things done. That was on Dec. 2/15. I've had no response! I'm guessing that he too, has left. I think whoever/whatever/however this company is run, it causes the good ones to leave. I guess we're back to square! Grrrrr....
This was a topic at Sunday School this morning, as I had two unusual events last week which were disconcerting. There are a lot of things that "scare" me, but I'm trying to "let go and let God".
There are a lot of things in this worry that are scary or worrisome. I could never become agoraphobic, but it's understandable.

@ cb Does this worry you? I wonder if it is something that is passed on in the genes? And happy Birthday to your Mom! ♥

Nobody knows what the cause is, clu. My mother had it. I do know that that does not necessarily mean that I will come down with it. If I get it, I get it. No sense in worrying about something that is out of our control. It would be a waste of "today's good health"!
Why don't you go to the Alzheimer's Society and tell someone there, that you are worried about getting it. They will talk with you about it and give you good information. Really.

Clu, I'll provide two links I've read about dementia when I found out my mom has it. I have a feeling (if I live long enough) I will develop it too because my great grandmother had it and my grandmother was showing signs of dementia before she passed away and now my mom has it, but like Ducky said, it's out of our control, so no sense worrying ourselves sick over it. Easier said than done, right! xo
Thanks for wishing my mom Happy Birthday. :)
