I have a koch uprigh frezzer/refrigerator. How can I unlocked the freezer
On the door panel there are two buttons :freezr and alarm off and lock. I was pressing them in a confused way to shut the door refrig. door alarm. My freeser doesn't dispense water or/and ice + the light doesn't shut off.
