    What do you do when it's flooding?

    We're on a hill and fairly safe but a tornado took out the China berry tree about a year ago. We're still cutting on it.....

    Fortunately, I've never had that experience. Also, no experience with tornadoes, hurricanes, mud slides, etc. Snow storms....now that's a different story.

    It would take a flood of biblical proportions to get to our house.We're situated on top of a small mountain.

    Put sand bags around to prevent the flood from seeping into my ground level entry (no stairs or steps at all). 


    Call a plumber when appropriate. 

    I have to get the big saucepan from the top shelf to bale out the Kitchen,
