What I said was that I would rather lose by one point in a well-played game, than to lose by basically 1 point per minute in a 60 minute contest, as our CSUF football team has been doing for most of the season!
(Or words to that effect).
Then I offered condolences to ROMOS and congrats to our Aussie friends.

Great game, the rain came down , the ball was slippery, Scotland took the lead. Then Nichola showed her face and all was lost. Seriously, it was good to watch, I was chearing for Scotland , but now I'll be chearing the Aussies. Good luck to them.

Romos, we have a good chance, knocked over Argentina this morning (11.00am Saturday Oct. 15) -- 2-1, i don't normally watch Soccer, but Australia was playing, it was a good game, i think Argentina has more possessions of the ball, but what would i know. :) ------- hang on are we talking Rugby or Soccer, i read the scores, nobody has a score like that in a Soccer. :)
