      On the right side above the email list, there should be a little upside down "V".  Click on that.  Maybe it is a right side up "V"....but click on the "V", whichever way it points.

        What system? Outlook, Windows 7, Microsoft, or a Max? Here’s what I did, I searched entering your question and came up with several solutions……..
