my imformation is 1981 at Crisytal Palace,but the date is near enough,{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Daily Mail 18 of april 2015}}}}}}}}}}}}}Under the Question page,
I cannot find any reference to substantiate your answer with regards to being 'still in use in the UK'. Could you tell me your source please?
