        G'day mate,unless your computor came with microsoft word,you may have to buy or download the Programme for word,,i have bought it and it cost me $150..that is in Australia,,all the best mate..>>>>><<<<<<<<..

          I have a OS X, I MAC, forget word, Libre Office is far better, it can be used for letters, documents, presentations, any thing Word can do only more and the best news it is a free download. :)

            Go to "pages". A Mac won't run a Microsoft program.......
