Response from admin @ akaQA!

As most of you know, I have recently been emailing with admin. I have somehow managed (after I asked to be directed to someone "higher up") to obtain a private email of a person who seems very attentive to my questions. I followed up today regarding the issues that were to be corrected this week. In a nutshell, this is the response that I received and very quickly I might add.

1) "The guys found a bunch of bugs and are actively working on making the system robust again."

2) "The "Contact" messages do get through. I just don't have time to answer everyone."

3) "I hope we'll get new questions once the site is fully operational again.

I have no reason to believe that this particular person is not telling me the truth. However, I can only rely on my gut feeling and I do remain patient and hopeful. (August 21, 2015.)

Thank you for being persistent, Ducky. I'm surprised you got what sounds like an honest answer, though i can't imagine they've received too many "contacts" to address individually. I guess that's from the indoctrination we endured during the dictatorship.
