Some improvements....

I no longer need to log in 4-5 times for each activity.

It looks as though all members have an avatar again.

BUT.....I still cannot use "Thank author" and still have no vote-ups!

Anyone else have vote-ups available to hand out?

Ducky, do you get a white box that comes up when you Thank author ? It says....
"You've reached your daily votes limit"

I have to click on the o.k, then this allows the thank author to go through.

I've just tried that on a response (here in this thread) to FISH. My "thank author" did disappear this time. I'm not sure now. I'll have to experiment some more. :)

If I go away, and then return, the "thank author" is back. So, I have no idea what that means. :(

There are still some glitches. I've noticed the past couple of weeks someone will answer a question but that persons answer does not show up as being answered on his or her profile/answered page for several hours.

It's possible to "Thank Author", which disappears, but reappears after "awhile". No votes, no log in problems, no issues while on site.....so far.

Weren't we expecting the votes to be back last week?

I emailed them again this morning, clearly explaining the continuing issues. I received an immediate response. In a nutshell, "what issues? As far as I know, they have all been resolved" (or words to that effect.) and could I give more info about the bug. My response...."the issues which I just included in my email". <rolling eyes>

It's not really interesting, but I will be the one to ask....why hasn't "she whose name will not be mentioned " interceded on behalf of the members? Wasn't that person paid to monitor and maintain order and function? Censure and harass, force her values and disparage others' .....stop me when I get this wrong
