Singing out of tune can be done so well that one's audience responds with facial contortions,  screams for you to stop torturing their ears with "That awful noise" and "Please! Stop!!! and then the audiance rushes up to stuff dinner napkins into your mouth. My sister and I were asked to sing a song after dinner. We played with the idea one afternoon and soon had the opportunity to carry out our plan.
