I agree with you, pythonlover. Someone got paid to oversee the activity here at one time. Now we are almost lost in space. Are you getting your votes replenished? It seems some may be getting them and others not.

Being a cynical guy, i will believe it when i see it - i hav'nt always been cynical but over the years being let down so many times, you begin to lose faith in fellow man doing the right thing. :)

I'm with you. There was a response, but it didn't seem more than a brush off. I really believe the first moderator had much to do with the day to day...remember, she got paid to be here. Maybe she's off the payroll and the owners have moved on, leaving a dying man to perish in the street

I was told the site is "operational" Whatever that means! I think we can answer whatever questions are left or whatever "new" ones but Karma has run out I still have a few left and was wondering if I could sell them?

I am out of karma points. I am not willing to part with cash for yours even if I love giving the darned things away, dang! One more joyful thing gone. It must come with old age.
Operational means questions, answers, and comments can post. Interacting and supporting each other has become difficult. There is no incentive, however worthless, to encourage participation.

I have it Bob, thanks. My computer is relatively new, and I use PCCleaner so I'm pretty sure it's the "aka system" acting up. :(

My computer is brand new as well. It is the site. I am having a heck of a time with the bouncing all over the place, not being able to return to the answer page and not being able to click onto notifications.

Same here FISH-O. I have to keep logging back in. Now today, I have a new problem. Sometimes, not always, when I comment and click, it comes up "404". Then I can log back in, repeat, and it goes through. Admin says things should be fixed by next week.
