Yes, the fare was $132.00 and I had $56.+ and luggage. wrote a check for the difference + a tip. That was accepted for payment and the check was cashed as well. 

That is a lovely story. 

We have lots of ducks in our area as our home is quite close to a lake.  I take 'zee poopays' walking there quite often.

I didn't tip the cab driver here in the UK because I didn't think they accepted tips since tips are not given for fast food deliveries or to waiters and waitresses. As soon as I found out Taxi drivers do take tips, I arranged for a tip to be given to the taxi driver with an explanation to why I did not leave a tip in the first place.
