        You get someone to hold him / her  in case he yelps and gets up and runs. You get some hot , wet, old wash rags. You hold them on the area for a little while. Then, you gently squeeze the swollen glands on either side of the anus.If it's infected in there, when  matter comes out, you wipe it up with baby wipes.
