Are you hydrated enough? Not just juices and teas, I'm talking water. Plain old water. Are you lubricating your skin? Sure you are. In your case, may I suggest "Udder Balm"? It worked for my mom.....

ok. I guess I don't use lotion enough. If I can find '' Udder Balm" , I 'll try it. Thx. I drink enough water, I think,but my Dr. says I should drink more.
